Our return policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Eligibility conditions
Eligible for return:
- unused products
- Items with original tags and packaging
- Products purchased directly from our store
Not eligible:
- Final sale items
- Personalized or custom products
- Items showing signs of wear or use
How to initiate a return
- Contact our customer service team with your order number
- Receive your return authorization and shipping label
- Pack your items securely in the original packaging
- Ship your return using the provided label
Refund timeline
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
