Baby Sleep

Baby Sleep

A baby’s sleep is often a source of concern for parents. During the first few weeks, it is completely normal for a newborn to wake up frequently, including during the night

A baby’s rhythm is still developing. They alternate between short sleep cycles and periods of wakefulness, often linked to hunger or the need for comfort. It is important not to compare your baby to others and to accept that this rhythm will gradually evolve over time. To help your baby sleep better, it is recommended to create a simple and consistent routine. Repeating the same actions each evening, such as dimming the lights, speaking softly, or reducing stimulation, helps your baby understand that it is time to rest.

It is also helpful to observe signs of tiredness, such as yawning, rubbing their eyes, or becoming restless. Putting your baby to bed at the first signs of fatigue often makes it easier for them to fall asleep.

Finally, patience is essential. Sleep develops over time, and each baby progresses at their own pace. Little by little, nights become longer and more peaceful.

Little by little, peaceful nights begin to grow.
